Description

  • One New 10″ x 2-1/4″ trailer brake drum kit 5 on 4.5″ bolt circle for Dexter and other brands 3,500 lbs trailer axle
  • Bolt pattern: 5 on 4.5″,
  • 2 x bearing races and 5 x 1/2″-20 studs installed
  • Kits also include:
  • L68149 inner cone bearing and L44649 outer cone bearing
  • Grease seal 1.719″ x 2.565″
  • E Z lube grease cap with rubber plug
  • 5 cone wheel nuts 1/2″-20 thread
  • fits 10″x2-1/4″ electric or hydraulic brakes (not included)

    Trust: I received my parts i order one day early, They fit perfect.

    Could have had a better rating: The drum and bearings are decent, however the grease seal is cheap and bends way to easy, no castle nut, washer or cotter pin. You do get 5 lug nuts and the front grease cap is another cheapie. Had to buy upgraded replacements.

    Good value but not perfect quality.: The price was right but the drum was noticeably out of round. I installed it as is and it works fine but with being out of round makes it much harder to set the shoes properly. It would have been a 5 star if it wasn’t so far out round.

    Yes.: This was the way to go. Only slightly more expensive and a lot easier than replacing just the wheel bearings. Now everything is new, not old stuff mixed with new. Perfect fit and arrived a day ahead of schedule. Bearing races pre-fitted and all installed without problem.

    Great Value: Worked out perfect for our trailer. Only complaint one side had a hard time getting bearing buy in. Seemed to be cut out a little smaller than the other side. Finally got it in with a lot of persuasion.

    All inclusive: A couple of thing Liked about this hub. The first everything you need to change out the hub is included. The hub bearings washer and it even includes 5 lug nuts. The other thing is the outer races are already pressed in. I am impressed. The only thing you would need is grease and reuse the castle it to install.

    Great product: Quick and easy to install. I have pulled the trailer 3000 miles after installing the hub and even in the hot desert interstate at 75 miles per hour in the mountains the hub stays cool. Even slightly cooler than the other 3 hubs. Great product for the money

    Affordable option: I did new brakes on my 1991 car hauler. The first three drums looked fine, but the last one was scored heavily. Was glad to find a single drum at an affordable price to finish the job. It fit just right on my old trailer. Came with everything pictured. No complaints.
