The company Libra did the right thing: Well I ordered 4 tires for a skid steer they were delivered to our office and a new employee signed the ticket as received .The problem was there were only 3 shipped .I contacted the supplier Libra and they immediately said they would send one out. I was waiting for a battle i was happily surprised they could have said it was signed for and that was it. Maybe they had a record of it as back ordered? I would only ask that that they check into why the Fed ex slip had 4 tires as being delivered ?In the end they did the right thing.
