They were all unused but one of the 3 was a couple months older: My trailer seemed a little squirrley for a couple hundred miles. Once the shinny surface wore off they ok now.

205/75/15 Winda Tires: These tire are great for the money. I bought a set of 5. Tires were made only 6 months before my purchase. If you’re looking to save a couple dollars? You can’t go wrong with these Winda tires. I got the 8 ply tires. I’m using them on a dump trailer. 7500 lbs max weight limit.

Good tire so far: I bought this tire as a replacement for my #3500 utility trailer. I upgraded to load range D for more security against a blowout. The tires arrived in good condition and I was able to mount the tire at home with a bead seating aid I came up with. Use 1 inch vinyl hose to make a hoop that fits snug on the rim / bead, this helps keep the air inside the tire to seat the bead on one side, then remove the hose and seat the opposite bead. Tires seem to be balanced okay.
